The goal was to pinpoint opportunities for additional carbon and energy reduction, using the output of an Energy Audit for a building certified under LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) with a Platinum rating.
Action
1. Historical data was extracted from the onsite BMS for diagnosis in our analytical platform (CPOS) to identify problem areas. 2. Significant operational issues were identified with the operation of the onsite combined heat & power skids as well as the onsite HVAC systems. 3. These issues were fixed along with a live integration to the BMS controllers to allow ongoing monitoring of the impact of any changes made.
